Reply:Honestly? I would not recommend for you to loose weight. You are already UNDERweight for your height. Besides no one wants to hug a stick. Just learn to love your body as it is, after all, its the only one you have.

but if you insist; try cutting out all sugars from your diet and eat LOTS of veggies. Exersice 20 minuites (or more) everyday. Try to get rid of stressful things in your life. Stess is one of the main %26quot;bad guys%26quot; when it comes to weight.
Its about your body and your mind. Not one or the other.
Rember: The more you stess over your weight the less you will loose.... so there is really no point in slaving over it instead have fun.... it is summer, right??

Reply:you can still do stuff to lose weight. Eat healthier and eat less junk food, jog, do sit-ups, push-ups, and be more active, but NEVER EVER starve yourself!!! my stupid friend did that, and she went to the hospital....just be more active and eat healthier....good luck!!!!!
Reply:i dont think you need to loose weight cause if your 5%26#039;4 then you would be underweight if you weighed 100. if you wanna get muscle/toned then exercise and do sit ups so your tummy can get flatter/toned:)

Reply:First of all hun, don%26#039;t starve yourself!!! Not eating is not the answer! If you don%26#039;t eat, your body will go into starvation mode, where it thinks it must store whatever you do eat to your fat cells! So the best way for you to lose weight, is to just eat sensibly. Eat three meals a day, don%26#039;t skip Breakfast! As this meal starts your bodies metabolism off for the day, eat small and often if you so wish, get plenty of exercise at breaks, eat fruit and veg in abundance if you so desire. You are still growing, so need a balanced diet most importantly.
In todays society of thinnies, there%26#039;s nothing but pressure to be that way, but you know hun, unless you are really unfit, try not to worry so, as chances are you are beautiful just as you are, you just gotta believe that, and ignore the bullies! I was always very overweight growing up, but I hand loads of friends, as I could accept myself for who I was, learn to love yourself, then others will too! Keep smiling hun, all the best!
Reply:Those are easy pounds! you really just have to cut down on a few things like sugery beverages, dont have dessert every night, dont eat sooooo much candy. Small changes like that! and maybe be a little more active? you can still eat the stuff you love but limit some of it. I did this when I was your age and it worked wonders!If you start walking to places instead of getting rides, you will love yourself afterwards
