Reply:I%26#039;m a licensed nail tech, and I%26#039;ll tell you this much. Acrylic nails are much more difficult to apply properly than you think. It%26#039;s not a matter of going to Walmart and buying an $8 kit and going home and doing your nails. If you want to learn how to do acrylic nails, I suggest taking a formal training program and learning how to do them the right way. I know that%26#039;s not what you want to hear, but it%26#039;s the plain truth. It takes years to become highly skilled. Sure, the discount salons that so many people go to will do your nails in like a half hour. But those places are filled with unskilled techs. So yeah, they make it look easy because they aren%26#039;t doing it correctly, nor are they using high quality products. They pretty much just slop the acrylic on and then shape it and get you out the door as fast as possible. It%26#039;s nothing more than an assembly line process at those salons.
My advice is not to attempt this yourself without first attending a formal nail training program. That%26#039;s my answer, and I%26#039;m sticking to it, LOL!

I thought they were the same. Usually anything called just tips only lasts about a week. Acrylics cause damage to your nails, but mine has only taken at most 2 weeks to grow out and back to normal once their off.

ok a couple months ago i made a question about a girl who i thought was perfect and had such a perfect body and she made me feel like crap n stuff.... the thing is that it was like 4 months ago.. and now the girl i couldnt stand cause her body was perfect is now pregnant and i feel slightly satisfied and relieved because her body wont look perfect anymore (she got really chunky now)

Well, I wouldn%26#039;t be able to say anything except that modeling can really suck.
I did some when I was a kid. It%26#039;s fun for a while, but my head got sore from all the crazy up-dos and tight braids. I had to miss school to go to LA for commercial auditions a lot, and it was very boring sitting around all the time. Keep in mind, this was only in elementary school...we got an offer to have me model, took it, and decided that it was too exhausting.The one thing I did like about it is getting all the cute pictures to keep.

Now I was really out of place the only person I knew was my sister and she was in the 12th so she even treated me like she did not know me. But u know how I got thru it was my attitude and confidence. I started getting in good with teachers then people(my peers) saw how much they enjoyed me and they let me got ot the office and run errands for them. I was not a teachers pet I was a confident kid. Soooo after that 1 friend became 4 then 4 became 20 and so on...Saying all that to say just be confident and really easy going but not dingy and people(peers) will see that you are very approchable and want to hang with u!

So I%26#039;m getting some Princess by Vera Wang perfume. But i was wondering what kind of deodorant to use with it that won%26#039;t overpower the fragrance? A few facts and figures:
I%26#039;m 16. I%26#039;m 6%26#039;1%26quot; and 140 pounds with a leg inseam of 39%26quot;. My measurements are 36-27-38, and I wear a 34D.
And now, some pictures. I have no facial shots, because right now I%26#039;d simply like to know if I could potentially make it somewhere in the industry based purely on my body.

I need to up my self esteem?
I am seriously the ugly duckling in my family. I am half phillipino and half mexican and I live with the phillipino side of my family. Since I%26#039;m half mexican I have a different genetic pool and I%26#039;m BIGGER than EVERYONE in my family. I mean, it%26#039;s around average but my mom weighs less than me! She%26#039;s 130 and I%26#039;m 140. Not to mention, I have the equivalent of an asian fro, I have very bad teeth, and I have keratin pilaris. I also have bad skin and horrible nails. It might not seem like much but I am the only child and my mom used to be a model before she met my dad. And since me and my mom live with my aunt (parents divorced) i live with cousins who are beautiful! What should I do? I just opened a new iTunes account to use some gift cards I have. I created the account with no problem. I downloaded a video, then a few more. I fully got the first one, but as I was downloading my other ones, iTunes started messing up so I had to force quit the program. I went back on and since it signed me out, I was made to sign back in. I have no idea what my account name is-I tried my e-mail and my full name-I have no idea what it is. Well I use to be grossly over weight, I still am somewhat over weight, but I%26#039;m starting to get buff, and have about 30 pounds of fat to lose. I have a ton of huge 3X band shirts that are way too big for me. Since I changed my body, I want to change my style.

I have blue eyes, and my hair is shoulder length. I am getting my hair re-cut and I am getting my braces off next Friday. So that should improve me a little.
